Gym management, built in Pakistan

Your fees, attendance, members, reminders and renewals. Fully run.

One app for the business, one for the floor. Both carrying your gym’s name, not ours.

No form to fill in. Message 0342 069 9570 and a person answers.

Plays from YouTube when you press play. Nothing loads from YouTube before that.

The partner dashboard: PKR 412,500 collected in October, 412 active members, 87 check-ins today, a bar chart of daily collections, and three members needing attention: two with overdue fees and one who has not attended in sixteen days.

The problem

Most gyms run on a register and a WhatsApp thread.

Fees live in a notebook

Who paid, who paid half, who promised next week. The owner finds out at month end, if the page is still there.

Chasing is done by hand

Someone opens WhatsApp and retypes the same reminder forty times. Most months, nobody does.

Churn is invisible

A member quietly stops coming in week two and cancels in week six. Nothing flags the four weeks in between.

Switching feels expensive

Four hundred members already live in a spreadsheet. Re-typing them is why gyms stay exactly where they are.

A gym owner buys software for two reasons: fee collection and attendance. Everything else is why the members stay.

What it does

Three screens that replace the notebook

Drawn from the same design tokens the real apps use.

Fees

Every rupee, accounted for

Who paid, who paid half, who promised next week, answered on one screen instead of from a notebook at month end. Invoices are raised automatically when a membership renews, and a payment can never be quietly edited after the fact.

  • Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer, all recorded the same way
  • Part payments tracked to the rupee, not rounded off
  • A correction is a reversal entry, so the history stays honest

Attendance

A QR at the counter, and you know who came

Members scan on the way in. No register to sign, no receptionist typing names, and no argument three weeks later about whether somebody actually trained in October.

  • One code per gym, rotated automatically
  • Staff can mark a member in by hand when a phone is flat
  • Per-member history, so a quiet month is visible before it becomes a cancellation

Reminders

Fee reminders that actually go out

Somebody opening WhatsApp and retyping the same message forty times is how it works today, and most months nobody does it. Liftsol queues them: the right members, the right amount, in English or Urdu.

  • WhatsApp and SMS, using your own gym name
  • Templates in English and Urdu, ready on day one
  • Quiet hours respected, and a member who opts out is never messaged again

Assalam o Alaikum Bilal. Your Iron Fitness membership fee of PKR 4,500 is due on 5 October. You can pay at the counter or send it on JazzCash. Iron Fitness, Gulberg

Two automated fee reminders as a member receives them on WhatsApp: the same message in English and in Urdu, each naming the member, the branch, the amount due and the due date.

Built here

Made for gyms in Pakistan, not translated for them

Rupees, stored properly

Every amount is an integer number of paisa. No floating point, so no rounding error creeps into a year of collections.

WhatsApp and SMS, in Urdu

Reminder templates ship in English and Urdu, and send under your gym’s own number.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, cash

Recorded the same way as a bank transfer, because that is how your members actually pay.

Built for a 3 GB Android

The member app is designed at 360dp on the handsets most members carry, not scaled down from a tablet.

Food your members eat

The nutrition library includes roti, daal, biryani, karahi, nihari and chapli kabab at real portions.

Your gym’s day, not a server’s

Every fee deadline and report boundary is worked out in your gym’s own timezone.

How your members’ data is kept separate, and what we never log: the security page.

What we do

You will not be typing four hundred names

The software is the easy half. Getting four hundred members off paper and a receptionist onto a new screen is the hard half, so that part is done by us, with you.

  1. Send us the register

The notebook, the spreadsheet, or photographs of the pages. Whatever you have is enough.

  2. We type it, and train your staff

Your member list is built for you, and your counter staff are trained in Urdu, at your gym.

  3. WhatsApp goes live under your number

Reminders start going out from your gym’s own number, in English and Urdu.

Common questions

What gym owners ask first

We already have four hundred members in a register. Do we have to type them all in?

No, we do that. Send us the register, a spreadsheet, or photographs of the pages, and we build the member list for you, including plans, expiry dates and outstanding balances. You check it before anyone starts using it. This is the single most common reason gyms stay on paper, so it is the first thing we take off your hands.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on how many members you have and how many branches you run, and we quote it per gym rather than publishing a table that would be wrong for most of them. Message us on WhatsApp with your member count and we will tell you the number in that conversation. No form, no sales call scheduled for next Tuesday.

Do our members need smartphones?

Not for the parts that matter to you. Fees, attendance and reminders all work whether or not a member ever installs anything. The QR at your counter can be scanned from any phone camera, staff can mark someone in by hand, and reminders arrive on WhatsApp or as an SMS. The member app is a bonus for the members who want it, not a requirement.

Who can see our members’ data?

Your staff, at your gym, and nobody else’s. Every gym’s data is separated at the database layer rather than by a filter somebody could forget, and there is an automated test for each collection proving it. Medical notes and CNIC numbers never appear on a list screen and are recorded when opened. There is more detail, including what we do not log, on the security page.

What if we want to leave?

Your data is yours and you can export it to a spreadsheet at any time, without asking us. If you want the account and its data deleted afterwards, the data deletion page explains exactly what is removed and what has to be kept for financial records.

Bring your register. We will do the typing.

Tell us how many members and how many branches, and you will have a straight answer in that conversation.
